We recently moved to Miami and went to Pinecrest Dental on the recommendation of "The Maven". The staff was friendly and professional when I called to make an appointment and I had the option of filling in the necessary paperwork ahead of time and bringing it with me (it's on their website).

We love this dental office! (well, we do not love the cost, but it was inevitable). Dr. "Ozzie" Mayoral and all the staff are extremely friendly, sensitive, professional, and, last but certainly not least, love my baby! I like how they take their time to talk to you and explain things, are very careful not to hurt you, are not rushed, and are very thorough with their examination and cleaning. Their equipment is all state of the art. The staff were very accommodating of my 6 month old daughter, even when she had a complete meltdown. They took turns holding her, and, when her separation/stranger anxiety reared its head, I held her during my cleaning and filling. Having lived 4 years in England, it was wonderful to have such a caring dentist (the dental care in the UK is truly atrocious). They even have a free paraffin hand treatment!

We went in to get a check-up and cleaning and the next day for a crown and filling (they'd had a cancellation). The dentist called later that day and the next day to make sure we were all right, even leaving his cell phone number. We highly recommend this dental office. I wish all medical professionals were as caring and considerate as they are.  Nessie R.
