This patient presented complaining of a "gummy smile" and that his teeth looked like "yellow chicklets". The patient wanted to have a big smile with very bright teeth. Temporary restorations were used to ascertain a lenght and shape that was desirable for the patient.

Cosmetic gum surgery and some dental magic with veneers and porcelain crowns led to this beautiful result.
